I’m writing to request a digital copy of any waiver or document created in the year 2020 to address liability for disease transmission in university athletics. This could include but isn’t limited to a document or message on an app or digital interface. The document could but doesn’t have to mention coronavirus or Covid-19. The document could be intended for university athletes, coaches and/or staff.
