We are requesting data pertaining to the total number of sex or gender discrimination-based, sexual harassment and sexual assault complaints received by the university each year for the past five years including the year-to-date. The scope of the request applies to complaints filed by students against faculty and staff members as well as student to student complaints (TITLE IX) and university employee to employee complaints. We would like those data sets to be separated according to job status or student status and not lumped into one figure.
We are also requesting the number of substantiated complaints against faculty and staff members and the nature or description of any disciplinary action taken, including whether there was a settlement agreement.
