Costs associated with Professor William Ayers' lecture on "Teaching and Organizing for Social Justice" on April 26, 2012.  I understand the event was organized by the Department of Educational Studies.

I would like to know costs associated with Professor Ayers' visit, including but not necessarily limited to:

speaking fee or honorarium
travel
lodging
any related expenses, such as security if needed

I would like to know the source of funds, e.g., the College of Educational Studies, student fees, etc.
