I am requesting any and all lease or license agreement(s) currently in effect between the University of Oregon and any other entity (such as PHIT LLC) for Hayward Field and the surrounding areas. I am seeking the full lease or license agreement, including any addenda, and any related contractual documents.This request is similar to Liz Carter's that was made on June 27.
