This is a public records request for the ?land lease? agreement between the developer Trammell Crow, and the University of Oregon for the land located in the University of Oregon’s Riverfront Research Park (4+ acres) in which the Oregon Research Institute/EPIC Building is being built. I understand that the ORI/EPIC Building is a separate lease between them and Trammell Crow and I am not requesting their ?building lease?.
