I’m writing to request access to the following document(s): Insurance paperwork or any other documentation that reflects the total cost of the Jaqua Center for Student Athletes. According to the Phit license agreement executed by the university on Dec. 13, 2007, the Jaqua Center becomes university property today. As such, it is subject to state open-records law.
