Under Oregon's open-records law, I request the following: X A copy of any and all invoices or other requests for payment made by Willie Lyles (or Will Lyles, or Complete Scouting Services) made to the university from Jan. 1, 2011-March 31, 2011. It is our understanding Lyles submitted an invoice for services during that time period. (This is not the invoice from 2010 which has already been released).
