I am looking for the following information: Copy of your current secondary athletic insurance policy (this is an accident insurance policy that your athletic department purchases to cover the student athletes for injuries) including premium paid; Copy of the current contract/RFP for the above referenced insurance plan- including who the contract is with (listing insurance carrier, claims payer and broker) and when the contract is due for renewal/bid; Any additional information regarding athletic insurance that you come across that may help me understand the full picture of how you handle athletic related injuries at your institution.
