Under the Oregon Public Records Law, §192.410 et seq., I am requesting an opportunity to inspect or obtain copies of documents pertaining to the National Colleagiate Athletics Association amateurism investigation of UCLA student athlete Shabazz Muhammad, including but not limited to the NCAA report on findings of its investigation, as well as its infractions report. Although these documents were submitted to UCLA, I understand that they were shared with all PAC-12 member institutions, including the University of Oregon. Please limit the time period of such documents from Jan. 1, 2011 through Dec. 31, 2012.
