I write to request access to and a copy of 1) Any privacy waivers or policies that athletes at your institution are

required to sign as a condition of participating in intercollegiate sports (an unsigned copy); 2) Any rules/regulations of the university, athletics department or individual teams regarding what information about athletes can or cannot be disclosed by the institute. This request excludes generic FERPA-based policies applicable to all students and applies solely to policies of or concerning the athletic department specifically.
