This is a request for the Employment Agreement made between the State of Oregon acting by and through the State Board of Higher Education on behalf of the University of Oregon and Mark Helfrich  — as Head Coach of the University's intercollegiate football team — that supersedes and replaces any and all prior agreements between parties.
