I am requesting the grade distribution of and some course evaluation information about every course at the university’s main campus in the last five years. For grade distributions, I request the number of students who earned each grade and grade code for every course at the university in the last five years. For course evaluation data, I request two types of information from the student evaluation of every course at the university in the last five years. One, I request the number of students who evaluated the course and the number of students enrolled in the course. Two, I request the questions on the course evaluation form and their corresponding mean responses. I request to identify each course by the following: term offered; subject, course number, and section; course title; and instructor. An example of the identifying information for a course might look like the following: Fall 2017, BIOL 180 A, Intro to Biology, John Smith.
