Pursuant to state open records law and OAR 166-475-0105 (13), I am requesting access to and copies of all inspections done by the city building department, related agencies, or the university from 2008-2015 regarding the Global Scholars Hall (eg East Campus Resident Hall) project.

The documents requested include but are not limited to inspections, notation of violations, suggested corrective measures, or documents used by the institution to correct and analyze safety problems and to document compliance with regulations and related documentation; letters, memos, and correspondence.
