Amended: "a complete list of every non-student-athlete and non-UO-band-member who received free tickets, per diem expenses including meals and accomodations, and/or free travel to the 2011 Rose Bowl Game on January 2, 2012 in which University of Oregon was a participant. The list must include full names, affiliations and a breakdown of the retail amount of the tickets, per diem including meals and accomodations, and/or travel."
This is a public records request for documents showing who received free tickets and/or free travel (or reimbursements for tickets or
travel) from UO funds or from UO Foundation funds routed through UO, to these football bowl games:
- 2009 Rose Bowl (1 Jan 2010),
- 2010 BCS National Championship Game (10 Jan 2011) and the
- 2011 Rose Bowl (2 Jan 2012).
Please exclude UO students and people receiving tickets as gifts from UO students.
I am asking for the information below, for every recipient described above. If one person received tickets or travel or reimbursements for multiple people (e.g. a family) please note that and provide the information for the primary recipient.
- name and affiliation if available (UO administration, faculty, OUS, Legislator, etc.)
- number of tickets received.
- For travel or lodging paid directly by UO: the dates of travel, place and dates of lodging, and cost if known.
- For reimbursements for lodging and travel: the amounts reimbursed for.
