I’m writing to request all invoices, receipts and correspondence between the University of Oregon or its agents, and agents or agencies for services involving football scouting, recruiting or information-gathering regarding prospects, between Jan. 1, 2009 and the current date. In addition, I request access to any and all materials provided to UO in connection with those businesses/businesspeople. Those materials may include but are not limited to video, printed material, material attached to or embedded in emails, and flash drives. The exceptions to my request include any materials already received as part of an earlier records request. Those materials and information involve Elite Scouting Services, Complete Scouting Services, Baron Flenory, Willie Lyles, New Level Athletics.
