Under Oregon open-records law, I request the following:

* A list of anyone and everyone who worked Oregon's football camps during the fiscal years 2008, 2009 and 2010, as well as any records of payment and any other compensation they received.

* Complete cellular phone records for Oregon’s football coaches ? see the list that follows ? for the following period: December 2009, January 2010, February 2010, March 2010. This should include records from Chip Kelly, Mark Helfrich, Nick Aliotti, Steve Greatwood, Don Pellum, John Neal, Gary Campbell, Scott Frost, Jerry Azzinaro, Tom Osborne. The University is required to maintain these records by the NCAA. We are aware that Kelly has at least two cellular telephones; our request is for records from the phone referred to as his ?recruiting phone? (541-654-1640).
