I am requesting copies of records that identify the current/most recent per unit pricing University of Oregon is being charged for the following items listed below for use at the student health center.  Based on my experience, this per unit pricing (sometimes known as acquisition cost) is usually recorded on invoices, pricing/buying contracts or vendor receipts. For lab services, per unit pricing paid by the institution may be listed on contracted pricing agreements or contract addendums. If the item involves an in-house lab test, please provide the cost of the testing kit. Any of the above records which disclose the current pricing per unit paid by University of Oregon will satisfy this request. This is the list of items below. The names provided are used by the university for billing purposes. We also included a common name where it was unclear.   Some vaccines, such as Gardasil 9, Havrix, Menactra and Trumenba come in a series, so please identify the acquisition cost for each injection in the series. Again, we are seeking the per unit cost for each item charged by an outside vendor.  HPV-9 Human Papilloma Virus Vaccine, IM 3 Dose Sched (Gardasil 9 HPV vaccine)Meningococcal Vaccine - Serogroup B - TrumenbaIUD - MirenaNexplanon (copper IUD)IUD - ParagardIUD - Skyla
