I am writing to ask for your help with a request under the Oregon Public Records Law 192.410-192.505.

On June 12, 2017, you kindly sent us Commitment, Contribution, Distribution and Value as of September 30, 2016 and December 31, 2016 of your private equity/venture capital funds. We were extremely grateful to receive this data, as it is very helpful for our research. If possible, I would also like to request the following information:

1. Commitment, Contribution, Distribution and Value as of March 31, 2017 and June 30, 2017, including private equity, venture capital, distressed debt, mezzanine, fund of funds, infrastructure, real estate, natural resources and private debt partnerships.
2. an up to date account of your current asset allocations and target allocations to the above asset classes as well as to any equity, alternatives and fixed income investments you may have (I have attached a template that can be completed in relation to this request).
3. the dollar amount of “total management fees, carried interest and costs paid” for each individual partnership to date
4. a list of all partnership interests bought and sold to date in the secondary market, the price received/paid and corresponding net asset value date and net asset value associated with the purchase/sale (please see the attached sample data)
