In accordance with the Oregon Public Records Law, §192.410 et seq., can you please send me, via email, 1. the annual NCAA Revenues and Expenses Reports for the athletics department from 1999 to 2007, and 2. the annual Media Guides for the football team from 1999 to 2018. I am aware that the NCAA Agreed-Upon-Procedure Reports are available online. However, they are only available from 2008 – 2017. My request is from 1999 to 2007.
