I request electronic copies of any gift letters entered into between the university, its athletic department or foundation and Phil and Penny Knight or any related parties controlled by the Knights, including the Knight Foundation and Phit LLC. Gift letters, which may be referred to internally by a different name, described the terms of the university’s agreements with philanthropists.
