I am writing to ask for your help with a request under the Oregon Public Records Law 192.410-192.505. On February 3, 2018, you kindly sent us Commitment, Contribution, Distribution and Value as of March 31, 2017 and June 30, 2017 of your private equity/venture capital funds. We were extremely grateful to receive this data, as it is very helpful for our research. If possible, I would also like to request the following information:

1. Commitment, Contribution, Distribution and Value as of September 30, 2017 and December 31, 2017, including private equity, venture capital, distressed debt, mezzanine, fund of funds, infrastructure, real estate, natural resources and private debt partnerships.
2. an up to date account of your current asset allocations and target allocations to the above asset classes including and direct investments you may have
3. An up to date account of your current asset allocations to any equity, alternatives and fixed income investments you may have.
4. Any available documents detailing the investment plans of the University of Oregon for the next 12 months including number of commitments to each of the aforementioned asset classes
5. A breakdown of the dollar amount of “total management fees, carried interest and costs paid” for each individual partnership for each calendar year.
6. a list of all partnership interests bought and sold to date in the secondary market, the price received/paid and corresponding net asset value date and net asset value associated with the purchase/sale (please see the attached sample data)
