Pursuant to the state’s public records law, I request the following documents: University marketing and licensing deals

• The university’s current marketing rights or multimedia rights deal, likely between the school and IMG or Learfield.
• The university’s current licensing deal, likely between the university and CLC.

 University apparel deals

• A copy of every all-school athletic apparel contract the university has ever signed, likely with Nike, Adidas or Under Armour. The contract may exist between the university and the apparel provider, or between the university’s athletic department or its foundation, and the apparel provider.
• Any current contracts that exist between the university, or its athletic department, and other companies that provide athletic clothing or equipment, such as Easton, Mizuno, Speedo, Callaway, etc.

 Employee and student-athlete deals and junket records

• Any current contracts or agreements between university or athletic department employees and Nike, Adidas or Under Armour.
• All reports of athletic-related outside income filed by university employees, including non-athletic department employees, since Jan. 1, 2016.
• Any notes, itineraries, schedules, photos, expense reports, recordings, agendas or other materials or documents related to Nike-, Adidas- or Under Armour-sponsored trips, sometimes known as junkets, for any university or athletic department employees since Jan. 1, 2016.
• A copy of any contract, or endorsement deal, that exists between a university student-athlete and a corporate partner, including, but not limited to Nike, Adidas or Under Armour. 

Coach contracts

• The employment contract of the head football coach as well as any other contracts that exist between the coach and corporate sponsors.
• The employment contract of the head women’s basketball coach as well as any other contracts that exist between the coach and corporate sponsors.
• The employment contract of the head men’s basketball coach as well as any other contracts that exist between the coach and corporate sponsors.

Financial statements

• The athletic department’s most recent financial disclosure statement filed with the NCAA.
