I would like to request a list of all transactions between the University of Oregon (and any of its departments, auxiliaries, or other sub-organizations) and the Oregon Department of Public Safety Standards and Training (DPSST) from January 1st 2012 to the present. For each transaction I am requesting the date, amount, name of the UO body performing/receiving the transaction, and any comment or memo field that is available detailing the nature of the transaction. If transactions with the DPSST cannot be uniquely identified (ie. if the DPSST is not entered as a unique vendor name), I would like to request all transactions between the University of Oregon et al. and the State of Oregon.
