Pursuant to Oregon Public Records Law, §192.410 et seq., I am requesting an opportunity to obtain copies of public records.

The documents being sought are copies of financial reports prepared by the university and/ or the university's athletics department for submission to the National Collegiate Athletics Association's NCAA Membership Financial Reporting System. The documents requested relate to operations for the calendar years 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, and 2020.
