I would like to request a list of all transactions between the University of Oregon (and any of its departments, auxiliaries, or other sub-organizations) and the City of Eugene from January 1st 2012 to the present. For each transaction I am requesting the date, amount, and name of the UO body performing/receiving the transaction, and any comment or memo field that is available detailing the nature of the transaction.
