I am requesting details of any financial agreements, new in the last three months (July 1, 2020 through October 5, 2020), that will provide the school’s athletic department with additional funding.More specifically, I am asking for documentation from:1) Any internal loans from the institution or system to the school’s athletic department,2) Any new loans (from a commercial bank or other lender) secured by the athletic department,3) Any new loans (from a commercial bank or other lender) secured by the university that includes money earmarked for athletics.
