I am requesting details of any financial agreements, new in the last three months (July 1, 2020 through October 5, 2020), that will provide the school’s athletic department with additional funding.

More specifically, I am asking for documentation from:
1) Any internal loans from the institution or system to the school’s athletic department,
2) Any new loans (from a commercial bank or other lender) secured by the athletic department,
3) Any new loans (from a commercial bank or other lender) secured by the university that includes money earmarked for athletics.
