Pursuant to the state open records law, Or. Rev. Stat. Secs. 192.410 to 192.505, I write to request access to and a copy of the financial audit forms that the NCAA requires the athletic department to submit every January. I would like the forms filed in January 2011 (so for 09-10) and the forms filed in January 2010 (so for 08-09). (Enclosed is a screen shot of the form we are looking for from the University of Georgia).  Additionally, please include the Financial Report that is described in Constitution 3.2.4.16 for the 08-09 and the 09-10 school years. If your agency does not maintain these public records, please let me know who does and include the proper custodian's name and address.
