This is a public records request for the following documents

a) Annual expenses for the FAR office for the AY from 2004-5 to the

present, broken down by the standard BANNER cost categories, and with

any personnel costs itemized by position.

b) a breakdown of how much of these costs were paid by the academic

side, which by athletics, and which costs if any were reimbursed by the NCAA, annually, for the same range of years.

c) any contracts or agreements between the current UO FAR, and UO or

between the current UO FAR and the NCAA relevant to his terms of service as FAR or

as an NCAA committee member etc., for those same years, including any

agreements that suggest more than a year by year appointment as FAR
