I am hoping to get access to public records which would answer the following questions:

— How much has the UO spend on food and labor in the past decade?

— How much food is being donated to food for Lane county this year?

— I would like to have access to reports showing that dining halls going trayless reduced food waste by 17 percent. 

I would also like to request to audit the university's food waste logs
