I was able to find university expenditures data for fiscal year 2014 University of Oregon through the data.oregon.gov  portal (I attached the data with this email).  I hope to obtain such detailed university expenditure data (which includes at least information about account category, vendor name, and amount) from FY 2010 to FY 2019.
