This is a request under Oregon public records law for the job qualifications, work history and contracts of Tim Black, Russell Russo and any other individuals who were hired to provide security for members of the University of Oregon football team and traveling party at the Fiesta Bowl.
 
As this request is in the public interest, I request a waiver of any fees or changes.
