Under Oregon's Public Records Law, I am requesting the following public information:

1. Electronic copies of football coach Chip Kelly's initial contract with the university; all subsequent contracts, including his initial head coaching contract and any amendments, additions or other changes to his contract (s).
2. Electronic copies any of other agreement or contract between the university or its agents or designees and Chip Kelly regarding terms of his employment, including but not limited to outside income, conditions of his employment and any severance agreement that may exist.
