This is a public records request for a copy of the employment contract with Robert Berdahl, special assistant to University of Oregon President Richard Lariviere. In the absence of such a contract, we seek any records, including but not limited to a term sheet, describing the duties, conditions of employment and salary of Mr. Berdahl.
