We are requesting a copy of all documents pertaining to the following topics:1. Any and all documents identifying employees who worked as industrial painters, painters, and/or painters’ helpers at the Physical Plant of the University of Oregon, Eugene, OR, between 1970 – 1976;2. Any and all documents that relate to the removal, disturbance, or use of asbestos-containing materials at the Physical Plant of the University of Oregon, Eugene, OR, between 1970 – 1976, including any records relating to asbestos abatement;3. Any and all documents pertaining to the sellers and suppliers of asbestos and asbestos-containing products that were present at the Physical Plant of the University of Oregon, Eugene, OR, between 1970 – 1976;4. Any and all documents and records pertaining to suppliers of equipment, including, but not limited to, boilers, pumps, turbines, generators, engines, motors, valves, and compressors, that was present at the Physical Plant of the University of Oregon, Eugene, OR, between 1970 – 1976;
