This request specifically includes the following documents for the period of [a UO professor's]
employment through the date of response:
1. All documents relating to Professor's initial employment, such as
recruitment or application materials, credit checks, background investigations, and
initial employment documents;
2. The complete payroll file regarding Professor’s employment with the
University of Oregon commencing with the date of his initial hire;
3. All documents relating to the setting of Professor's compensation, the
award or grant of additional compensation, pay equity considerations relating to
[the professor], and all investigations and/or evaluations of Professor’s
compensation or his compensation as it relates to that of [a UO professor] or any
other faculty member or members.
4. All performance reviews of Professor, whether formal or informal;
5. All documents relating to any consideration of Professor for additional
compensation, such as but not limited to any research excellence award; and
6. All other records which have been used to determine Professor's
compensation and assignment of lab space.
