I am requesting the decision by [a UO] Dean, to uphold a grievance issued to the AAEO office (now the Office of Civil Rights Compliance) by [a UO employee]. The decision came after an investigation by [the dean] that began after February 2018, following [the employee's] complaint issued to the AAEO. I am requesting any and all documents pertaining to that investigation.
