I am requesting the employment status of [a UO employee]; including date of hire, positions held, salary rates and termination date. I am also requesting [the employee's] performance evaluation conducted October, 2017 and the complaint issued to the AAEO (now the Office of Civil Rights Compliance) on or around  February, 2018 regarding this performance evaluation.
