I am writing to you as a representative from SEIU local 503 in regards to some information that we are requesting. A former employee with the University system and we wanted to request the following items: 1. The worker's position description from 2014 or last known P.D.2 Worker's personnel file3. Worker's ending salary and accruals for vacation time, seniority information, as well as last known PERS step4. The University's understanding if service from time when the University was part of DAS and if has any governing documents showing criteria of when worker's are eligible for previous service to be recognized or limitations around when they are precluded from transferring over previous service.
