I wish to gather the following information according to FOIA.  If a copy of the existing contract can’t be furnished then please provide the following:

•   Name of vendor awarded the Emergency Mass Notification System/Public Alerting System (Text, SMS, email, voicemail, desktop alert)  
• Name of vendor awarded the Wide Area Mass Notification  (Giant Voice, High Power Speaker Arrays)  

3>   Please email a copy of said contract to my email address. If unable, please provide cost of contract award along with length of contract and renewal dates
