This is a request under Oregon public records law for documents related to the Oregon Bach Festival.
Specifically I am seeking:
1. A copy of Artistic Director Helmuth Rilling’s contract with the festival.
2. A copy of all records generated or received since July 1, 2009, by OBF Executive Director John Evans concerning the possible replacement of Rilling as artistic director and the search for a successor. This would include but not be limited to all records generated or received in relation to the search committee created by Mr. Evans, and all records generated or received in relation to the international advisory committee formed by Mr. Evans to use as a sounding board for possible candidates.
