As you know, I've made several public records requests to your office for documents in the last few months. Sometimes you have granted fee waivers, other times you have denied them.

I am trying to figure out what process UO is using to determine when to charge and when to waive fees.

Therefore this is a public records request for any documents that address my fee waiver request for the contracts mentioned below. "This is a public records request for copies of any contracts UO has signed with outside firms since 7/1/2008 which deal with human resource issues, providing info to employees, faculty/staff/administrator relations, evaluations, organizational design, workload, or compensation."
