I would like to request the construction plans and specifications for a small portion of the recently completed Hayward Field project.  Specifically, the javelin runway, shotput throwing areas, and in-field discus area.  Subbase preparation, concrete specifications and finishes, and mondo specifications on the javelin runway are my interests.
