Under the Oregon Public Records Law, §192.410 et seq., I request the following documents in the possession, custody or control of the Oregon Public Universities from January 1, 2013 through the present, concerning the Optional Retirement Plan (ORP) and the Tax-Deferred Investment 403(b) Plan (TDI), collectively “the Plans” or “OPURP” including, but not limited to: 

  1. The operative summary plan descriptions.

 

  1. The Plans’ governing documents and all amendments.

 

  1. The Plans’ Investment Policy Statements.

 

  1. All committee meeting materials of any OPURP Committee, and any sub-committees thereof, including minutes from the committee meetings and materials prepared by the committee, those acting on its behalf, and/or third parties in connection with the committee meetings.

 

  1. All annual fee disclosures or similar disclosures reflecting the expenses charged by the Plans’ investments and the compensation received by Plans’ recordkeepers.

 

  1. All recordkeeping contracts and amendments thereto for the Plans.

 

  1. All materials related to any requests for proposals (“RFP”) or requests for information (“RFI”) for recordkeeping and/or administrative services for the Plans and the responses to those requests.

 

  1. All materials related to any requests for proposals (“RFP”) or requests for information (“RFI”) for investment consultant services for the Plans and the responses to those requests.

 

  1. Any consultant engagements or reports submitted to any OPURP fiduciary including but not limited to any consultant engaged for the purposes of selecting or monitoring the Plans’ recordkeepers or the Plans’ investment options.

 

  1. To the extent not otherwise covered in the above requested documents, documentation showing evaluation or discussion of any investment option within the Plans or recordkeeping costs for the Plans.
