I submit the following public records request under ORS 192.410, et. seq. relating to the Alternative Process to Secure a Distributed Antenna System for the University of Oregon. My understanding is that the University of Oregon issued a letter on or about January 14, 2010 to obtain information to use in negotiating a potential contract with a qualified firm to install, operate and maintain a neutral host Distributed Antenna System (DAS) on the University's campus in Eugene, Oregon. As such, I request copies of the following public records:
1. Copies of any and all contract awards, agreements and/or contracts to any
telecommunications provider that resulted from the Alternative Process to
secure a Distributed Antenna System for the University of Oregon opened
in January 2010. This request includes any and all communications
relating to such contract awards, agreements and/or contracts, including
internal notes, c-mails, correspondence, memoranda and all other similar
documents.
2. Any and all documents relating to negotiation of such contract awards,
agreements and/or contracts with any telecommunications provider that
resulted from the Alternative Process to secure a Distributed Antenna
System for the University of Oregon opened in January 2010. This
request includes (a) copies of all bids, offers and/or proposals received by
the University, (b) bid scoring sheets, tabulations and evaluation matrices,
or other similar documents; (c) any and all communications relating to the
such contract negotiations, including internal notes, e-mails,
correspondence, memoranda and all other similar documents; (d) meeting
minutes and notes regarding such contract negotiations; and (e) written
reports or memoranda regarding such contract awards, agreements and/or
contracts that resulted from the Alternative Process to secure a Distributed
Antenna System for the University of Oregon opened in January 2010.
3. Any and all communications between the University and any other person
or entity relating to the Alternative Process to secure a Distributed
Antenna System for the University of Oregon opened in January 2010,
including internal notes, e-mails, correspondence, memoranda and all
other similar documents.
