Pursuant to the Oregon open records law, ORS 192.410 to 192.505, I write to request a copy of The budgets and budget requests for the department of the University of Oregon Department of Public Safety for 2008-2009, and 2009-2010. This should include not just lumps sums, but specific allocation sums for what the money was to be spent on. This may include but is not limited to salaries, vehicles, training, and equipment.
