Department Data

I am requesting the following under the Oregon Public Records Law:

The names of departments that are being eliminated or absorbed into other departments, what departments they are being absorbed into, how many positions are being cut from either the department being eliminated or the absorbing department, and whether the the positions eliminated were for students.
