Pursuant to the Oregon Public Records Law, ORS. §192.311 et. seq. ("PRL"), I request access to and copies of the following records:  

• A copy of the waiver/pledge that student athletes at the University of Oregon received before returning to campus this summer. 
• Documents reflecting the number of Covid-19 tests for Covid-19 or antibodies on members of the University of Oregon community and the number of positive results by month from March 1, 2020 - June 30, 2020. 
• Documents reflecting the number of positive Covid-19 test results for U of O student athletes. 
• Documents reflecting the number of positive Covid-19 test results for U of O football players, coaches or team support staff.
