As you probably know, the federal CARD Act went into effect earlier this year and requires universities to make publicly available any contracts or agreements with a card issuer or creditor to market a credit card. Does the University of Oregon have any such agreements or contracts? If so, I'd like to request a copy under Section 140 of the federal Truth in Lending Act (15 U.S.C. 1650 ).
