Under the Oregon Public Records Law, §192.410 et seq., I am requesting an opportunity to obtain copies of public records from the University of Oregon. I am interested in obtaining documents and correspondence between the university and state leadership that were involved with nominating sites to become opportunity zones. Specifically if there is any correspondence between uoregon.edu email addresses and Oregon.gov email addresses with key terms “opportunity zone” or “opportunity zones”.
