This is a public records request for any emails or other communications sent or received by GC or his office regarding the Ross Fund modification, from July 1 2016 to the present. I ask for a fee waiver on the basis of public interest, which is ample. I am ccing GC, as he will have these public records readily at hand and be able to produce them easily and quickly.
